Dogfight

Set on the eve of the Vietnam War in 1963, Dogfight follows three young Marines enjoying one last night in San Francisco before deployment. They engage in a cruel game: whoever brings the “ugliest” date to a party wins a cash prize. Corporal Eddie Birdlace invites Rose, a shy and idealistic waitress, unaware that she will challenge his perceptions and teach him about compassion and love. Featuring a poignant score by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, this musical explores themes of cruelty, redemption, and the transformative power of kindness.
